I was on a work related call and tried to mute the call but going into settings but it did not appear to work as colleagues could hear back ground noise. I found mute on the phone but it does not light up blue when pressed. We use an app called Miccollab and wonder whether there is a fault with my phone or it is just inconsistent with the app called micollab.
