hi guys im a cellphone techician.
i recieved 16 customer for a23 after they do update it wont turn on the phone anymore
no hearth bit..
reset the phone using combination button thats useless

This sounds more like an issue that happened within the phone such as a hardware issue.
The owner should be advised to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on.

what are you talking about. you dont know what happen.., another customer casme to my shop same problem a23 after update no power search google how many people experience this issue

Seen about 20 devices so far all A23 and all dead after an update.
is there any solution and what is Samsung going to do about it

Same issue with my mobile as well. After software update worked 2 days then hanged up.. when we did restart it's dead only... No vibration no charging nothing
