Can't log into Samsung Account

I am trying to reset my phone but I can't log into Samsung Account, when I accept terms and conditions it says "Error while processing"

please skip this part (add Samsung account and restore)

just add your Samsung account under Accounts when you are in already

press and hold power + volume down keys for 7 secs if need restart
