Mic 1 issue a12 phone

Hi all.my mic 1 on samsung a12 phone has suddenly stopped working so noone can hear me unless im in loudspeaker. Have done the self help stuff but last thing seems to be factory reset but seems ill loose everything. Can anyone help at all?

Once backed up, you can do a factory reset.

Yes have tested and it just comes up with put in safe mode test again and it didnt do anything. I cant afford to loose everything if backup doesnt work. 😞

Sorry, did you mean you used safe mode and the mic was still dead?

Back up should cause you no problems as long as you follow all instructions in link.
