As stated by many members. The latest security update on march 2022 has halved the battery life.
Is it possible to revert the update??
And why hasn't any official statement came out about this issue? Every forum with a "galaxy a" user has been speaking about this.
I would write a longer and angrier message about the way Samsung is treating their customers with a faulty update but I DONT HAVE ENOUGH BATTERY TO EVEN DO THAT!

You have nothing to lose, backup your device & give it a try.
Hope this helps.

I'm also using Samsung A70 . An update came to my phone on the 2nd of last April. It will be roughly like 420 MB. The problem is my battery life has halved since the update. I reset my phone. I did everything possible but suddenly my battery life was halved after the update. Now I'm sure it's because of the update. It was the only security update March 2022. I would humbly request Samsung to resolve this issue of course.
