A phone supplied by a network may have it's own slightly different schedule due to the network wanting to test an update before allowing Samsung to push it out to their branded phone's to ensure nothing clashes with their network apps and features @djkieofficial
Updates are sent out in waves and dependent on region , phone eligibility and build number.
You could also try Samsung Smartswitch.
