Do you still attain 4G / 4G+ connection @iceplxys  ?

Have you been able to check your local masts via any available network checker option from your network.

Also speak with your networks customer services to look at your account.

Can you try your sim card in another phone that has 5G capabilities  ?

Also does 5G return if you commute away from your local area ?

You could try resetting the network connection on settings , General Management,  reset and reset network connection.

And in Settings,  Connections check the 5G option is still chosen.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

I'm glad to hear you still have a good data connection  👍

This then sounds to me like a local mast issue in relation to 5G.

I assume you don't use 5G when commuting due to current coverage ?

Trying your sim card is a good process of elimination to help rule out the phone, sim card or mobile phone account.

However I appreciate not everyone has a back up phone they can try.

Would you let us know how you get on please.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

No I dont use 5G when commuting. I dont know if its a local mast issue but when I saw that others lost 5G connection I realised I also lost 5G and then saw they got an update to their phone for 5G and it was working fine now. Im currently waiting to see if I get an update or if its local mast issue.
