Locked phone need system ui password. I havent even putting any

I switched my phone off last night and left it on charge but when I switched on its asked me for system UI password which I have never had ..only used 4digit numbers ..any body where I can get password. and whom to contact??? please help

You could try Below

Use a remote unlock method

If you've set up a remote unlock method, you can use it to unlock your device:

Go to
smartthingsfind.samsung.com
in a web browser

Log in to your Samsung account

Select your device from the list on the left

Select the option to unlock your device



You can also try performing a soft reset by:

Pressing and holding down the power and volume down keys

Waiting until the screen turns black and the Samsung logo appears

Restarting your phone and trying to unlock it again

Remote unlock was removed a long time ago, it doesn't exist anymore

@Jessy12345: If you have biometrics set up on your device, such as fingerprints, then the phone will ask you for the backup PIN/password that you assigned at the set-up stage when you restart your phone. With this in mind, please try entering your backup password when prompted to see if this helps. 

If this isn't applicable then please confirm your model number and current Android version, as this will be helpful as part of the troubleshooting process.

Simply put your lock screen password. Doesn't matter if it was 4 digits or long when you created that. Just put it and it will be fine.

I'm having the same problem on my note 10.  Its asking for a password that is at least 4 digits with at least one letter. I have only ever set up a 4 digit numerical pin on this phone. And now I'm locked out?
