This morning although my work profile looked unlocked (ie was in colour) the phone said it was locked I tried to put in my password and even though I know I was putting in the correct password it kept saying incorrcorrect password, rather than leaving it alone for a while I kept trying and then got a message saying trying again in 1480 minutes!
Then I went to use my phone to find this had now also locked itself and wouldn't allow me to unlock for 24plus hours!
I have tried the unlock in samsung account but no help as it needs your samsung password which I can't remember>
At this stage my plan is to give myself a phone detox and wait it out. Anyone any other suggestions or help.
I also tried using the power/volume keys to switch off but it restarts sataight away to the same thing.
VERY frustrating!
