Issues with Update

Hi everyone! Need some advice. I downloaded the update, however when trying to install it, it's only loading and not giving me the Update now button. 

Any advice would be appreciated!

How did you download it

The usual, whenever there is a update download the phone itself downloads it. I don't use external or 3rd party apps. That's why I am a bit puzzled why I am having issue 🤔

Did you try restarting the phone. Post a screenshot of what it look like

Restarted it so many times 😕been trying for days. And it keeps circling the 4 dots. My WiFi connection is good, tried connecting to another WiFi spot - same issue.

Mine was the same, Some say try updating in safe mode, what worked for me was wiping cache partition, it updated fine after.

You can try to put the phone into safe mode and see if that works. If it doesn't, then try wiping the phone cache partition. Which clear the phone outdated resources. If you had the phone a while, then it is always important to keep your phone up to date.
