Software update stuck

Cannot do nothing to get it it to install on Ultra 24. Keeps popping up and progress bar stays at 0%. Even tried on full battery and got a decent connection.  Anyone else have this issue?

That's very odd. Try turning airplane mode on, and off- Try restart, and putting it into safe mode and attempt to update while in safe mode.
Unsure if you're using one but also make sure that you're not using a VPN.

Thank you, it seemed to work in safe mode. The only problem is that the update has deleted all my widgets on my home screen and reset me to the default samsung theme.

Reset phone normally, it should turn off safe mode and fix the missing widgets/ themes

Hey, this didn't work for me and I have the same issue while being stuck at 25%

My update just sat at the Downloading screen for a few hours. I restarted, but nothing I do now will get the update to start again. BTW, without notice, the download screen is all in Chinese which is a bit daunting...js

My One UI7 update download is stuck at 54%

Mines also stuck at 42%
It started out pretty quick but slowed down until it stopped
Tried airplane mode, switching to mobile, changing wifi, rebooting, safe mode and nothing helped
