I am having the same problem. Since two days ago I am facing a charging issue on my A71 (2 months old). I can't charge it, my usb port is clean, I also tried factory reset but it did not help. I can only charge it with a pc, also I tried other samsung chargers but still, it doesn't charge my phone, but it chargers other samsung phones in the house. One more thing is that the original A71 charger my phone doesn't even recognize, but if I connect it to charger from A50 then it shows me usb connector connected-usb connector disconnected and that just keeps going.
