i recently put all my apps into deep sleep and now i dont get any notifications from them. can anyone help me in getting them out?

Go to settings>device care>battery>app power management. This will take you to the sleeping apps settings, you can click on deep sleeping apps then press and hold them to select 1 or more, then click remove.

Obviously a benefit for battery optimisation,  personally I do not   need notifications for some apps.
