I can't turn off Gaming Hub on my Galaxy A55

Hello!

I've been using my Samsung Galaxy A55 5G since the middle of June, and I've noticed some heating problems while gaming. I have heard that Gaming Hub and especially Game Booster could be one of the problems. When I open the advanced features menu in settings on my previous Samsung phone Galaxy A22 5G, I did see an option to turn that off. But now on my new phone, I can't see any Gaming Hub settings in that menu. Please help me find a solution.

And just to add: Is there a solution without downloading suspicious programs on my computer and just do it on my phone?

Hi @Adam1148 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members.

One option might be Settings > Apps > Navigate down to Game Hub and Booster > Disable or uninstall.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

@Adam1148: If the Gaming Hub app is installed on your device, then it should be visible in Settings > Apps (typically below 'Gallery', as the apps are listed alphabetically). From here, you have the option to Uninstall the app, or open the Gaming Hub settings for further options.

If you're still having trouble, swipe up from your Home screen > Tap on the Search function at the top of the screen > Search 'Gaming Hub' > Press and hold on the app icon > Uninstall.

Swipe down from the top of the phone and in your 🔎 type in Gaming Hub

Hey! Thanks, I've uninstalled Gaming Hub now. Now I'm just wondering how to turn off Game Booster as it bothers me and heats up my phone. If that is possible, I would be grateful.
