Samsung galaxy A52s wifi and bluetooth not turning on

Hi i have a samsung galaxy a52s and his wifi doesnt want to turn on everytime i turn it on it turns off automaticly

Hold down the power button and volume down button until the phone turns off—then release. It should turn back on. Then try reconnecting.

Settings > General > Reset > Network. Does that work? Assuming other devices are finding networks around you?

This didnt worked too i even tried factory reset and still nothing and yes other devices are finding networks around me . Can it be something with hardware?
