Hi am using A10s and WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile Hotspot are not working 😕 and I also tried resetting the settings in General management but still... what should I do ?

I too have the same issue and have had several people having the same issues with Samsung, especially A10s, I think @samsung   should consider checking on the validity of their chips moreso the wireless chips for wifi and bluetooth

same here. tried all the recommended process and still doesn't work.
