Samsung A15 (4G) Bluetooth Hw68 Mini Smartwatch Not Working

I just got a smartwatch for my dad and I also got him an Samsung A15 (4g). The smartwatch is a HW68 Mini. It works with my Galaxy S23 Ultra, but it does not pair for calls with the Samsung A15. Can anyone help? It only shows the device and says input only. Even though I allowed all settings. On my S23 Ultra it pairs without the app as well, and it allows me to make calls and receive calls.

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum. 

Unfortunately it can be the case that a watch can be compatible with one phone's features and then not with another model of phone. 

This can be especially with some non Samsung watches.
