Can someone please help me? I have a pair of galaxy buds plus, fully charged. But thry are not connecting with my Samgsing A34 phone, i have tried both manually and with the Samsung wearables app, they just arent connecting or appearing at all

Bluetooth is on. I've followed the help guide, restarted to the phone and earbuds. They just aren't working

Hi. Are the buds new?

We're they registered before?

Maybe different phone or different Samsung account etc. ?

If so you might have to do register and try again.

I don't really use buds so can't be of much help.

They were connected to a previous phone with the same account and are a year or so old
