Consider your warranty.
You reported this behaviour back in November last year and said you'd taken the phone back to where you got it from (????). Then it seems you left the store (????) without a resolution. Then, 6 months go by, and you post a second time with the same problem and seem to blame the recent UI update. Now you're here again 4 days later after trying numerous cables, etc, and it's now seriously getting on your nerves.
Firstly, I admire your patience. Secondly, before the warranty runs out...get it inspected properly by an authorised Samsung centre.
