The A70 is genarally a good phone but am am experincing 3 major issues with this phone that make me want to get rid of it.

1. The camera is not good. The focus is so bad on this camera and the pictures come out grainy or blurred. Very dissapointed.

2.The in call violume is very low, is there a way to increase this volume?

3. The DolbyAtmos sound only works through heapphone why can't it work without it? Also is it possible to add Bass and Treble to sound?? Other phones allowed me to do this in the eqauliser.

Does Samsung read the issues raised here and work to correct them?

Have you made sure the phone doesn't have the apps set to sleep mode ?
I know some apps automatically get set to auto sleep , which means notifications could be affected

Only quick test / solution would be .
Tap "settings" from your main app draw
Scroll down and tap "apps"
Top right of the screen should 3 dots.
Tap the 3 dots and select "reset app preferences"

That should reset all app preferences, such as notifications, background data usage , etc
As in set them back to default preferences.
Be warned this will also activate any apps you deactivated, so you would need to deactivate apps you don't want running again.

Another way is
Select "settings"
Select "general management"
Select "reset"
Select "reset settings"

Again this will reset all settings, effectively resetting all phone settings but not deleting any of your apps or data

To check your specific app notifications settings,

Long press message app
You'll see a popup menu appear and you should see "app info"
Tap "app info"
Half way down you should see "notifications"
Tap "notifications"

And see what notifications are activate
