Galaxy A70 - Bluetooth / Wireless headphones unuseable

Got a Samsung Galaxy A70 for Christmas and have had no issues with it until now. However I purchased some wireless headphones that connect via Bluetooth. They connect fine but the audio from youtube or Deezer apps (Or anywhere) cuts out all and stutters all the time, making them unuseable. I've tried clearing the cache from the Bluetooth app and have tried turning battery optimisation off for Bluetooth and for Deezer/Youtube but it still happens. The headphones work fine, i've tried them with a Xiaomi phone and an iPhone and they work flawlessly on both.

Does anyone have any suggestions before I return the phone and get another brand? Does anyone have an A70 that functions well with wireless headphones? Is it just not a good enough device/strong enough signal?

What make and model of headphones did you purchase @busngabb

I use the Samsung Galaxy Buds with no problems.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

The Skullcandy Indy wireless earbuds. They work perfectly with my Xiaomi Mi9. You can listen flawlessly across the room from the device without it ever cutting out. With the A70, the only way I can get them to work is by holding the device very, very close to the earbuds, even held at arms length the sound stutters and cuts out constantly.

Has anything turned up from a google search to see if others are having compatibility issues ?

Are you able to try other Bluetooth headphones  ?

A Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre would be able to run a diagnostic @busngabb

Just about turning off battery optimisation and clearing the cache. I don't have any other wireless headphones to try.

Wireless and 4G data cause my audio stuttering on my headphones. Turn off wireless and 4G data and audio fine.
