I use my A34 almost exclusively at home because I'm housebound with illness, and connect to the internet via wifi. The phone is great except for one big problem: about half the time after I wake the phone, it will disconnect from the wifi and start using mobile data instead. I have to keep turning off wifi and switching it on again to make it reconnect.
I have tried multiple solutions. I've reset my router. I've made my phone forget the wifi network and reconnect to it. I've selected static IP. None of this works. It's very frustrating and I'm thinking of returning it unless I can solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.

How do you make an error report?

I found a fix with my A34 for home use only, I been having this problem for almost a year it requires multiple steps and routers settings tweaking.
First, go to A34 Settings > Apps > Filter and sort > Show system apps > find the app "System UI" > Battery > set it to "Unrestricted"
Second, Go to A34 Settings > Connections > Wifi > Top right Advanced settings > disable Sync with Samsung Cloud.
Third, On your Router settings > Split Wifi SSID's of 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz (set different names) >on 2.4Ghz wifi settings set it to 802.11n only (not 802.11b/g/n or 802.11g/n) and 20Mhz only (not auto or 40Mhz), now connect your A34 to 2.4GHz Wifi, 5GHz can be used with your other devices.
Note: After 2 weeks of using this settings I haven't come across a drop out at home I don't miss calls anymore with wifi calling, this is on UK TalkTalk router it seems Mediatek Dimensity modem on this phone isn't as reliable as Snapdragon with different brand routers so next time I going to avoid Mediatek Dimensity cpu phones.

Does it still happen on other WIFI networks?

I still get dropouts when I'm connected to some wifi networks that I do not own since I can't change router wifi settings.
Some wifi networks work perfectly without any tweaking some have drop out problems so it's still a faulty product but it's much bearable now since I found this fix at home, you can also ignore step 1 and step 2 I found that it's only the router settings tweaking that is required to fix it.
