Galaxy A14 just updated to One UI 7. Now keeps resyarting, just randomly

Can anyone help me. I just don't have a clue. Can't get out to a shop so sort of stuck. Need my phone, especially my reminders 😳😅

I didn't do the cache after finding out that had made no difference to others. I find that it is randomly restarting with different app alerts. So no particular one seems to do it but I just keep trying to monitor it at the moment. Going to turn off a couple of notifications a day and see how we go.

I thought it was improving after 15 apps updated so did put my auto restart back on. Not a good idea. Now I am getting screen unresponsive too at times. I've turned my auto restart off again. Keeping fingers crossed.

Maybe they just want us to buy new phones 😪. If it isn't sorted soon I think I will buy a Fairphone. They sound pretty good 👍
