I Have a Samsung Galaxy A13 SM-A135F DSN which I purchased Aprill 2022 From Argos. The Supplied Type C to C charging cable dosen't charge my phone when ever I plug it in. I always have to restart the phone in order for it to charge which I shouldn't need to.
I Contacted Samsung 2 weeks ago and they are going to send a replacement cable, I am still awaiting for this to be delivered.
Can someone tell me if this a problem with the Supplied Cable.
We also have a Galaxy a12 and The Charging cable works fine charging on my A13.
Anyone else have this problem.
Also the Travel Adapter EP- TA 800 is this the correct travel adaptar to use which I had to purchase seperatley from ebay is this the right one for my A13 phone.

@Matt If a different cable is working with your A13, this would indicate an issue with the supplied cable - it's great to hear you have a replacement on the way.
Your A13 supports 15W charging, the plug you have is 25W. This means your phone won't reach the Super Fast Charging speeds your plug offers, but you're still absolutely fine to use that plug with your phone.

I am still waiting the replacement Samsung said betwenn 7-10 working days.
why did Samsung send a phone when the supplied cable dosen't even work. overall I am very happy with the phone.

It happens unfortunately even with the most rigorous testing that something like a bad cable can get through and be packed with the phone.

Just to let you know that my replacement cable is being delivered by DHL and will arrive by the the of the day.
I am hoping that this new cable will work it should do.

EP-DN980 BWE is the part number

My New cable does work but I still have to keep retarting the phone every time.
the software is uptodate the phone is brand new so what other problems can it be.
