Galaxy a12 problem

My new galaxy a12 has sim problems. Whenever I am on  a watsapp call my call allways drops. Most of the time when I am outside my.phobe says I am not.connected to the wi-fi network, you are not connected to a connection. I am walking and.my phone does have connection, please help. What if I need help and my phone says you are not connected eventhough I am.

@King100: WhatsApp requires an internet connection in order to function, so the issue is not SIM related. If you're out and about, it is likely that you are out of range of a Wi-Fi router, so in this instance please disable Wi-Fi and enable Mobile Data in order to maintain your connection to WhatsApp. Let me know if this helps.
