My galaxy A34 does not open the stated features above, what would be the problem?

@Chimwemwe: Please try pressing the Volume Down and Side buttons together until the phone restarts, as this will perform a Soft Reset and resolve any software issues which might be affecting your connectivity to these features.
If the issue persists, you may wish to try heading to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings > Reset settings, however please note that you will be required to re-register any Wi-Fi networks or Bluetooth devices following this step.
To further troubleshoot the issue, please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Phone diagnostics, and run the diagnostics for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Mobile network. Do you receive an 'Action required' notification in the summary at the end of any of these tests?
