Galaxy A05s minimum speaker volume too loud

Hi, I have just purchased the Galaxy A05s and I like the phone, but the minimum speaker volume is much louder than my old Galaxy A7 2018, and callers' voices are far too loud for me.

Is there anything I can do about this?

@triatic: If you press the Volume Down button while you're on a call, then you can reduce the overall call volume to a level that's more comfortable for you. The volume levels are also dictated by the recipient themselves, especially if they have you on Speaker, so you could also ask them to make an adjustment from their side if they're coming through too loud.

@AndrewL I have already lowered the volume on the speaker for the phone call to the minimum volume, but it is still very loud. Do I have any other options for lowering the speaker phone volume?

Why isn't the sound coming out of the top of the phone, because that's a really big problem for me. My old phone (which broke) it was a Samsung Galaxy S20, the sound came out both ends of the phone and not just the bottom, and I'm pretty sure the Samsung S20 is an older version of my phone, my phone is a A05s...
