Finger print sensor not working

Hi, my Samsung A16 has fingerprint sensor on On/Off button. Its 3-4 months old and shows before-dying signs. 

As long as it was once in 1-2 weeks and after cleanings and restarts for hours it started to work. Now it came back after 2-3 days and still doesn't work.

I know I have warranty, but what will I do for week or two without phone?

Did you try diagnostics via Samsung members app

Yes I Did. I tried safe mode too. Diagnostic says it doesnt work.

But just after diagnostic after some restarts it works for a while.

I am tired of restartinggs and now it doesnt work for a week now

I have this same problem too with my Samsung A16 4g. For over 1 month it stopped working. I keep restarting and restarting and I bought the phone in March this year. 

Please Samsung help.
