Email transfer problems

I have transferred my emails to my new phone (J6 to A54) PARTIALLY  all right. But 'SEND' and RECYCLE BIN' are missing.

I have also found that the emails saved in the INBOX aren't there either. The only emails are the ones received when I set up the accounts on the new phone.

The old mails are still visible on my phone and I did back the phone up prior to starting this upgrade.

How can I get these emails on to my new phone?

Thanks for the offer but.... my experience with the chat bots and live actual people on the chat lines is poor if I am being polite.

I did find an email address somebody had posted but no reply as yet.

@Members_PN275rR: To troubleshoot the issue, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or Mobile Data, then open your Email app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog in the top right of the pop-up box > Select your email account > Sync Account > On > Swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom > Select 'Sync' from the Quick Panel. While you are in the Email Settings menu please check your Sync Schedule and Sync Period, and set the Sync Period to 'All time', as this should sync all contents of your account to your new device. I also recommend tapping the Back button > Manage folders, and ensure that the relevant folders are selected.

Thank you such a detailed response. However I have done all that previously except for the one line which my phone doesn't seem to have <<and set the Sync Period to 'All time', >>

I hadn't checked the 'manage folders' but they are all ticked. 

On thinking about it does the backup on Smart Switch have any settings like 'manage folders', I haven't found any it just allows you to select EMAIL?
