E sim option is not showing in a35 after update

After update e sim option is not showing in my new a35 5g

I have the same problem

Did all of these steps, it didn't work. This is a mid range phone that came out recently it should have the e-sim option. Do something to fix it.

Same problem here, I travel a lot and only bought this phone because my old phone didn't had the capabilities for e-sim. This is just straight up lying from samsung side if this issue isn't fixed soon.

That was my first and last samsung product.
