It takes time check with your phone provider that its done then, reset on phone settings
If its set up on there it will show up, sometimes switching off phone rvery hour or switching on and off airplane mode
Speeds thi gs up as it resets your signal,

Hi @Deepansh Gujjar  and may I extend a warm welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Eu and UK Members.  👋

As long as your network continues to offer eSim options then try >

Reboot the phone by holding down the volume down button and power button simultaneously until the phone vibrates.

If this does not help then the next step is to clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.

https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thats bad on samsung part , no e-sim option, on a phone only released last year. I thought all modern phones could have
e- sim. Its a mid range priced phone, with 5g . I think that will disapoint many people, do hhey have a different version for usa, almost everyone thete uses e- sims

@Simple123456789: My apologies. The Galaxy A35 5G is indeed a dual SIM model, and supports 2 physical nano-SIM cards, or 1 physical SIM and an eSIM. I have removed my reply containing the incorrect information.

@Deepansh Gujjar : Please try pressing and holding the Volume Down and Side buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, then head to Settings > Connections > SIM manager, where you should find the option to add an eSIM.

Looks like the troubleshooting steps haven't changed . I imagine everyone already has these steps memorized.
