Hi there, @9999999999.
The first thing I'd recommend here is ensuring that your phone is running the latest software version and, if it's not, please download and install this:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-your-samsung-galaxy-phone-or-tablet/
Wiping the cache partition of your phone tends to be a helpful step as well:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/
I'd also recommend ensuring that your apps are fully updated (via the Google Play Store and/or Galaxy Store).
If you find any third-party apps that you no longer use, you may wish to uninstall these.
Should the issue persist, the next step would be to pop your phone into Safe Mode. This will disable any third-party applications, so that we can determine whether these are causing the issue. To do this, press and hold the Power button until you see Power off, Restart and Emergency > Press and Hold the Power Off icon until it shows a Shield > Tap the Shield. After this, the phone will start in Safe Mode.
If the trouble is fixed whilst in Safe Mode, then it suggests that the trouble is being caused by a third-party app. To resolve this, exit Safe Mode, then begin uninstalling apps you've downloaded one by one (restarting the phone between each app uninstallation) until the issue fixes itself. Once you've identified the troublesome app, you can reinstall the other apps via the Galaxy/Google Play Store.
Please let us know how you get on.
