Device not supported

Hi my original USB charger stopped working so bought a fast charge cable , but it don't fast charge anymore. Also have USB not supported on my phone constantly.  I've cleaned the port , I've restarted with cable in etc etc and still no joy. It's an a71 and it's about a year old. Any advice?

I just started having this issue within the past week.  My phone otherwise charged fine.  I'm giving this a thumbs up because it at least caused my system to state there was moisture (not likely-I don't have my phone around any moisure) or debris in my charging port.  Otherwise, it wouldn't tell me anything-it would either not charge at all or it would start to charge and then stop.  I'm actually surprised something is in the charging port also-I have an Otterbox case with the rubber cover that actually covers the charging port when not in use.

Fully agree. This sh*tty company updated the software and suddenly my 3P fast charger is not recognized. Shame on you Samsung. The beginning of fall….
