Country Code Csc Samsung A15

Hey I bought Samsung A15 brand new. Now this phone is csc in tpa. Brasil. Is there any way to change this. Everytime i try to dial any csc number ends in unknown application

I have all sorts of issues from high battery consumption. To no hd calls. No rich text messages call rec. Everything

Hi there 👋 and welcome.
If you bought your phone brand new and it's still in 14 days "cooling off period time" you can return it and get it new phone with right csc code as we do not recommend on here flashing or changing your phones csc or using odin.

May I please ask, are you based in the UK / EU?

If yes then you're likely to have issues moving forward including delays to updates (or even getting them at all without using SmartSwitch). Warranty won't be valid in the UK either.

Where did you buy the device from?

Thanks for your reply. I Just meant It was sold to me an eu person with brasil tpa. Its been 1 month cant return it ot change it

It should be noted that changing CSC or flashing software comes with significant risk, voids the warranty and can render the device useless if there are issues when doing so.

It is not for the faint hearted and it's not referred to or recommended in this forum.

I would never flash different rom. However I heard its possible to change region csc with dial number and things like that

It should indeed, I just mentioned it. But it should be highlighted somewhere as well.

I myself am not aware of dialling a code to change a CSC and I haven't seen it referred to on this forum in the time I've been here.

Someone would have mentioned it if only via DM if it were an option I'm sure.

Hmm the app csc is still there on android 14. However the old numbers dont work. I posted this thread if there is a new way to do it. I think only Samsung Employee can answer it
