close up camera on A70 won't focus.

My A70 close up camera won't focus. All pictures are blurry and the camera won't read bar and we codes either. Lenses is clean and increased lighting doesn't make any difference. 

Ant tip how to solve this?

hey. what settings do you mean? I never changed them since I got the phone on April.
I try to reset the settings but it won't do anything.

@evapleska: Are you making sure to tap on the area of the screen that you'd like to focus on prior to capturing the image? The user manual recommends being at least 10 cm away from the subject to produce clearer images, and using the Wide Angle Lens as oppose to the Ultra Wide Angle lens for close up shots.

yes. I had quite few smart phones. I am aware of this. 🤣🤣

this is what I am getting. the camera won't even try to focus and when I put the flash on it clicks when the flash is off. I know how to take close up shots. it is not me. it's the camera itself. either the mechanics of it or the software.
