hello everyone, from my friend's phone, I saw that in the archive app there is an option to clear the cache right under Storage Manager. I want to mention that I have updated both the phone and the archive application to the latest version, but despite this, the option to clear the cache does not appear. Any help to improve this situation?

Try this, this the wipe cache partition that clears all the phone

Turn off the phone
Connect your phone to PC with cable
USB
Press and hold i
Power and Volume-+ keys
As soon as the Samsung message appears,
release the Power button
When the blue screen appears,
release the Volume button
A screen with several items will appear:
here you will need to move between the
various voices using the volume keys
until the writing is highlighted in blue
"Wipe cache partition"
Confirm with the Power button
Go to "Yes"
Confirm with the Power button
Go to "Reboot system now"

Se possiedi la versione 14 di Android e l'interfaccia One Ui6.1 i passaggi sono:

• Archivio
• Gestisci archiviazione
• Potrai procedere con la rimozione di file duplicati, app inutilizzate e file di grandi dimensioni.

Per poter svuotare la cache, ti raccomando di seguire il percorso preposto:

• Impostazioni
• Applicazioni
• Applicazioni personali
• Mostra app di sistema (attiva)
• Archivio
• Memoria\ spazio archiviazione
• Svuota cache
