Chat Services

So in my messages under settings then chat services it keeps asking to register for Rich Chat Features. 

I have done this 10-20 times this weekend alone. What is the problem? Why does it not register me anymore? I have literally clicked start before writing this and it's asking me again now.

Don't try and register for 8 days. This is the time needed for Google to forget your number so you can register. Don't be tempted to try before 8 days is up as the 8 day clock starts again.

Pugs1957 it's not Google's chat services it's the Samsung's own chat services does this still work for Samsung Chat services?

Yes it does work. Samsung and Google use the same Jive server. I use Samsung RCS and a group of members here worked hard to get this working so this is from first hand experience.
