The very nature of fast / supernatural charging the battery will generate heat more @Alizmnp
If a case and or screen protector is fitted then these can hinder heat dissipation .
When I choose that option to charge my phone which js only occasionally I use a Samsung Charging stand with built in fan.
If the phone was overheating them you would see a warning pop up message and in extreme cases the phone would auto shut down.
