Hi @GLORYSWORD
I'd only recommend to use a known brand of charger.
The phone will draw what power it needs.
You'll be fine using a good brand 15w charger.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

@GLORYSWORD: The Galaxy A15 supports up to 25W charging via a compatible Samsung USB-C and plug adapter, so you're fine to use a 15W adapter without any detrimental effects on your battery.

Same here, but with S21 and S24 (Exynos). Tried with original Samsung 25w charger and a 30W from other brand. Also tried with a 100w certified cable, and with the original cable.
Charging is limited to 15W on both phones on every charger.

Self-update (for everyone in my same condition): I'm now trying with a more modern charger (EP-T2510N instead of EP-TA800N), maybe recent phones need a more recent charger.
Exist LOT of quick charge protocols: phone and charger (and sometimes cables too) have to "speak" the same language to negotiate a power raise
