A71 touch screen not working even in Safe Mode

Hi, 

I have an A71 and screen is locked and in Flight Mode.  Here are the steps I've taken so far.

1. Let battery drain completely & recharge.

2. Tried Hard Reset - (Power and V-) -- reboots but screen is still unresponsive and in flight mode.

3. Put it in Safe Mode, -- touch screen is still unresponsive and does not activate when "Safe Mode" appears.

Struggling to know what to try next. Is there a button combination to do a Factory Reset without Safe Mode?

Any advice would be appreciated

Try reseting from the recovery menu (NOTE: You'll need to connect to a working PC or Laptop)

If that's not possible then you could try a remote wipe using a PC or Laptop. Treat it as if you'd lost or had the device stolen? Try
