Cant turn on my wifi in my a10s

Can someone help me... I seem cant turn on my wifi..when i click on it will just buffer for a second then turns off again..restarted my phone several times, restarted my modem too but still no avail..ty in advance

Same problem with my. I buyed 2 one for me and the other for my wife and both with the same problem, it looks to be a problem of the A10s. This should be replaced by Samsung. Too many people with the same problem

This is a known issue even though Samsung won't ready to accept. After 3 year and so WiFi, Bluetooth, Radio, Hotspot all stop working on A10s. You need to replace the IC responsible for that signal reception.

The main problem is that i have an Samsung a10s mobile phone and i left the WiFi turned off for few days then when i tried to turn it on it didnt i tried several times but it is not turning on not only WiFi but also bluetooth s condition is same. Hope i might get the solution
