Facing issue while using whatsapp video call

I am facing issue while doing whatsapp video call. If I open other apps in the background it is getting hanged. Please don't give me a solution to clear whatsapp cache. It doesn't work. Please provide a fix for this ASAP otherwise it doesn't make sense to use a 8GB RAM mobile.

Good lock might help with this option "use multi window without pausing" and here is a post with a more about the good lock app by Samsung.
