I find this to be an issue if my device has picked up 3g / h / h+ for the call. There is little data available so any webpage or similar fails.
Less of an issue on 4g. No 5g here so couldn't say. No issue on WiFi.

Many thanks for getting in touch. I am on Giffgaff and the phone icon at the top of the phone shows 4G, but I'm pretty sure it's some kind of light version of 4G,because this is a Samsung A13 phone and I think the software only tries to approximate to a 4G connection. I don't think it is full 4G.
So it could just be that Samsung's release of network communication software doesn't fully get up to 4G and you're right, it's probably not 4G, and that's why it's not capable of doing a phone call and accessing the Internet at the same time.
Which to me is daft, and another reason for Samsung to refund my money.
Are you listening Samsung? REFUND MY MONEY.

It's a tongue in cheek comment.
I know I haven't got a hope in hell of getting my money back.
I bought this phone as a 4GB RAM 4G Network phone.
What they gave me is a 2GB phone (with 2GB of virtual RAM which is rubbish). And the so called 4G, is actually only LTE.
It's ridiculous that a Samsung phone, bought from Argos in 2022, is incapable of making calls and using the internet at the same time. Absolutely ridiculous.
