Can't reset A21S

Hi - yesterday I received an A21S phone and set it up for fingerprint detection.  Overnight an update was made, so restarted.  It then said I need a password after a restart, but I cannot remember choosing a password! I tried holding the start and volume down button and my phone did restart, but never gave me the option of resetting.

Any help appreciated!

when you set a fingerprint or face recognition a pin code or password is required to be set, this is what it will require. the following link should help

If you set up a Samsung account you can use Samsung Find My Mobile on your PC and unlock it from there. Change your password and make a note of it.
