Can't cancel forwarding phone

I forwarded my phone to another phone with success, when i tried to disable it, it disable okay, but phone is still forwarding to the original number i done, any ideal anyone, many thanks CE

Contact your carrier, they should be able to stop forwarding

@Clydey: Can you confirm if you attempted to adjust your Call Forwarding settings via the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Forwarding > Remove any numbers from the relevant fields?

Yes i did, it's now sorted, they advised ##20# and it reset it, thanks anyway 🙂
