Hi, I've tried to update my A52s the times now and it keeps failing, saying I need to get support from a Samsung centre, has anyone else had this issue and how did you sort it?

HI @Ttakkas Are you updating via wifi or Mobile Data?  if problem with Mobile Data try wifi  and that method recommended if you do not have fairly large Data Allowance.  

However if issues with OTA update in any case best to try Smart Switch  as the next option.  I think a number are pretty  happy with One UI 4.1,  however different opinions.

@Ttakkas  oh right, thanks for confirming.  You need to have Smart Switch downloaded on a computer and connect youur Device.  Further details  shown here https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/Smart Switch
