I'm being charged twice for secure wifi, and its only after a bit of investigation I now know why, it's on two phones. However, the phone I want to cancel (A21s) I no longer have access to.
Does anyone know how I can cancel this unwanted subscription?

Try settings - Samsung account - payments and purchases - payment methods - recurring payments.

Thank you. I have tried that but it doesn't allow me to cancel it, it only allows me to change payment card 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Ah that's a shame. If there isn't an option in the secure WiFi app, I'm out of ideas.
Maybe someone else will be along soon..

Happy to help. I use Secure WiFi on my S23. If you head over to the Secure WiFi, click on the protection plan, then the 3 dots and select your current plan, and click on request refund. You should request within 3 days and your subscription being cancelled.

Thank you. I can't access it from my current phone, it's greyed out. I'm in touch with Samsung Support now and hopefully they can sort it out from their end.
