Sulla schermata principale, in basso troverai Assistenza > in Diagnostica > Avvia -> Riconoscimento con Impronta.
Dovrebbe darti la possibilità di richiedere aiuto da remoto.
Se neanche questo dovesse funzionare, dovrai rivolgerti ad un centro assistenza Samsung. Prova a contattarli anche telefonicamente.
