Bluetooth headset won't answer calls since recent software updates

Anyone else having issues with bluetooth headsets being unablunable to answer, hear or make phone calls from ?

In the past month all my bluetooth headphones will not work with my galaxy A52S mobile phone. I've uninstall the headphones, repaired, updated headset software all without success.

If I'm listening to media and receive a phone call I can't hear it in the headphones, the phone call stays with the phone.

 The headsets all work for calls with iphone OI and an old android phone with a version of android OI of 3, but not mine which is 6.1, android version 14.

Anyone know of any updates to correct this issue?

Hello,

Setting the battery option to Unrestricted for all "sim" apps is a must that should be the answer. I haven't got the problem  since last week applying the latest workaround. Both my A52s and my wife's A52 are working fine. I think it also works your phone.

I have also uninstalled the lastest version of the samsung "maintenance application"

Same problem after changing the battery setting to "unrestricted" for SIM/* and BT/* (it lasted less than 12 hours ...)

As I played with the AVRCP options ... I've set it back to "1.5 default", and restarted the phone ...

Have to wait to see how much time it will last ...

I'v also desinstalled the latest release of "Maintenance of the smartphone" and blocked its update. So the optimization is with the release before may 2025. For the moment it is ok. There has been no optimization for the moment

Dans application il y a "MAINTENANCE DE LAPPAREIL"

il faut désintaller la mise à jour de cette application.  Du coup elle reviens à la version avant mai 2025. Sur le play store il propose désormais de la mettre à jour et il faut décocher la mise à jour automatique.

Dans application, cliquer sur "maintenance de l'appareil " puis desinstaller les mises à jour

Sur le play store, empêcher la mise à jour de cette application qui veut prendre la maj de mai 2025. Le problème est peut être dans cette application

It is not necessary to revert any firmware update. It is just enough to switch all "sim" apps to Unrestricted in battery settings.
