On my side, it is fine for me up to now. Have you encountered any errors such as 'SIM not inserted'? I believe the problem is SIM-related. I assume you have already changed all SIM-related apps to 'Unrestricted'. Do you remember what might have caused the issue to reappear (e.g., installing an app or dropping the phone)? An improperly seated SIM card may also trigger the issue.

I think my problems are caused as soon as I connect my BT watch or fitness band.
Every workaround last for some days, and then it is back again.
I reset all the app permissions three days ago. Problem is gone for now, but I expect it to be back after a while
